Machine Assembly

Responsibilities:
1.) Responsible for overall product quality and performance.
2.) Troubleshoot production problems, perform machine set-up and work to close tolerances, in addition to normal operator duties.
3.) Must complete company records as required.
4.) Install and remove batteries as needed

Minimum Requirements:
1.) Ability to gain extensive job knowledge of the area assigned.
2.) Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees and management.
3.) Ability to follow written instructions or samples.

Safety / OSHA Requirements:
1.) Must adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements as stated in Job Safety Analysis.

Regional Sales Manager – Georgia, Tennessee & Alabama

Position Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager drives all aspects of sales with the Janitorial/Sanitary Supply distributors and regional strategic accounts primarily in Georgia, Mid to Eastern Tennessee and Alabama. Up to 50% travel should be expected. This position reports directly to Vice President of Sales.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • All aspects in finding and securing new distributor and strategic accounts in geographies and market segments as directed.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the current distribution network in the region.
  • Field support for key trade shows activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and product training as needed.
  • Provide technical advice and trouble shooting
  • Manage all “test” sites, gathering results and maintaining excellent communication with participants.
  • Additional special projects as needed

Background and Experience

  • Experience prospecting, securing and developing distribution accounts.
  • Experience in a direct sales role, ideally in an industrial, Janitorial Supply or b-to-b business, highly desirable.
  • Sales experience preferred (but not required)

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple activities and priorities
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Mechanical Aptitude for machine skills/trouble shooting preferred 
  • Strong customer (internal and external) service orientation
  • Competency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
