- The account number may be found on any NSS invoice.
- Which zip/postal code should I use?
- Use the zip/postal code shown under the "SOLD TO" section on any NSS invoice.
- Can I still get a CD or paper copy of the price book?
- Yes, you can. The CDs and paper versions are available after January 1st. Contact our Customer Service department to request a copy.
- I have requested a price book, but never received an email response!
- Please note that the email message may take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Also, check your "Junk E-mail" or "Spam" folders to ensure the message has not been filtered by your email program or service. You may add "support@nss.com" to your address book to make sure the message is delivered.
